About Our Director
From a very young age I was always interested in strength and strength training. So at the age of 14 I had managed to get myself some second hand weights and some iron bars these along with some help from my Dad and his welder I built myself a gym. My journey had begun.
I quickly learned that with knowledge, a good technique and training plan teamed with sheer determination and will power, that your body can be sculpted into something that you never thought possible. I read, watched and absorbed every piece of information that I could in order to understand enough about the body and how it's designed, to help me engineer my own body into what I have today.
However, with new findings through sports science, theories are changing and muscle building supplements and nutrition are becoming more central to a healthy lifestyle.
About Our Co-Director
Our Co-director has always kept her body in good physical shape with a great mental attitude. She strongly believe's in the balance of the body and the mind. Combining cardiovascular, running and strengtht training with pilates and yoga, whilst never neglecting the bodies inner functions and needs. Well being is such an important factor with strength beginning in the mind long before it reaches the muscle. In a world like todays you must be prepared, your outer body is a true reflection of your inner self with your inner well being never being compromised or neglected.
